Travel News Asia 5 May 2005

A soft opening at the end of this month has been inked in at the 78-unit Coral Boutique Hotel Apartments, a deluxe boutique residence located on Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai.

According to Michel P.J. Noblet, managing director for Dubai-based Coral International Hotels, Resorts & Spas, both short- and long-term leasing is now available and enquiries are already coming in from around the world.

“This is the first luxury accommodation in the Al Barsha area, and with the opening later this year of the region’s largest shopping centre at the Emirates Mall, we will provide the ideal location for both corporate and tourist traffic,” he said.

Coral Boutique Hotel Apartments, which will be formally inaugurated in June, is an elegant six-storey building with 78 spacious, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all of which are furnished to meet the exacting criteria of today’s international business and leisure travellers.

“We are now at the finishing stages, bringing in soft furnishings and the antiques, custom-designed furniture and paintings by contemporary artists that will decorate each apartment,” said Noblet.

Other facilities include a 24-hour gym, swimming pool and health juice bar, hair salon, two bistro-style restaurants - Rumours and Butterfly - cigar and home theatre lounge, meeting room, full concierge service, in-house audio visual services with Bang & Olufsen plasma screens, wireless high-speed Internet and covered car parking.
