New Director of Special Projects Asia Pacific for InterContinental Hotels Group

InterContinental Hotels Group has named Jolyon Bulley as Director of Special Projects Asia Pacific, with Karin Nielsen taking over from Jolyon Bulley in the role of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (ANZSP).

In the newly-created special projects role, Jolyon Bulley will apply his experience in hotel operations, marketing and asset management to new developments within the groups Asia Pacific portfolio. His initial focus as Director of Special Projects Asia Pacific will be the successful re-branding of Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise and its strategic positioning and integration into InterContinental Hotels Groups global systems and programs. 

Karin Nielsen has been with InterContinental Hotels Group for almost four years, most recently as Director of Brand Management ANZSP. As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing ANZSP, Karin will lead the Regional Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution and Brand Marketing teams and strategies and will remain a key linkage to the Groups Asia Pacific Marketing team.
