Nok Air,
a Thai based low cost airline, has said it will fully honor and assist all those who had purchased tickets with
the airline on the Bangkok/Hat Yai or Hat Yai/Bangkok routes, on or prior to April 3.
In light of the incident in Hat Yai on
Sunday, any passenger who has purchased a ticket for a Nok Air flight from Bangkok to Hat Yai, or from Hat Yai to Bangkok, on or
before 3 April 3 2005, will be able change their flights, should they wish to do so, at no additional charge providing that they contact the Nok Air call center 1318 by
Monday, 18 April 2005. Flights will be available on a first come first served basis through 30 Jun 2005.
The airline also stated that passengers who wish to cancel their travel plans will be given full
refunds.
