Starwood Hotels & Resorts has moved its regional Sales & Marketing Conference, one of the largest of its kind for the company, to Phuket. Originally planned to take
place in Kuala Lumpur, the conference will now be held at the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket from 8-9 March, 2005.
The Sales & Marketing Conference will be attended by 140 delegates from 10 countries in Asia, comprising senior hotel management executives including General
Managers, Financial Controllers, Directors of Revenue Management, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Public Relations Managers, Starwood Global Sales Office associates
and other members of the sales and marketing team. The delegates represent the hotel brands under the Starwood group, including St Regis, The Luxury Collection,
Sheraton, Westin, Four Points by Sheraton and W Hotels. This annual conference is focused on delivering the company strategy and objectives, learning about
alignment, and leveraging the Starwood tools and systems to drive market share.
