Tiger Airways to launch flights to Chiang Mai, Thailand

Tiger Airways is to launch flights to the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai from 18 February 2005. The airline will be offering four flights weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Three thousand tickets will go on sale from Friday 4 February 2005 until 18 February 2005, at a low fare of S$9.98 (one way) or THB249. The tickets are valid for travel to Chiang Mai from 18 February to 31 March 2005.

Flight schedule

TR128 departs SINGAPORE (SIN) at 1530 hrs and arrives Chiang Mai (CNX) at 1730 hrs.
TR 129 departs CNX at 1805 hrs and arrives SIN at 2205 hrs.

Tiger Airways took delivery of two additional Airbus A320 jets in January 2005, boosting its fleet to four airplanes.
