Travel Industry veteran and Consultant Jim Smith, CTIE (Certified Travel Industry Executive) has been appointed as the Senior Consultant – Strategic Partners on behalf of SATH, Society For Accessible Travel & Hospitality, in an announcement made today by .

“To say that Jim Smith is an individual who is driven by his passions would be an understatement,” said SATH Chairman, Stuart Vidockler. “His personal ties to the world of accessible travel and SATH, coupled with his well earned Industry reputation for crafting enduring business partnerships will further the goals of SATH and benefit our constituency for the long term.”

Smith, President of Market Share, Inc. commented, “There are a handful of things that remain on my Professional “To Do” list. Giving back to an Industry that has been my home for nearly 35 years by contributing in whatever meaningful ways possible to SATH’s mission simply whittled down the list even further.”

The Society for Accessible Travel & Hospitality (SATH), founded in 1976, is an educational nonprofit membership organization whose mission is to raise awareness of the needs of all travelers with disabilities, remove physical and attitudinal barriers to free access and expand travel opportunities in the United States and abroad. Members include travel professionals, consumers with disabilities and other individuals and corporations who support their mission.
