Seven new Park Inn hotels in Germany

Park Inn, an hotel brand of Rezidor SAS Hospitality, has signed a multiple franchise agreement for a portfolio of seven hotels in Germany. The hotels, which were previously operated under a Holiday Inn franchise, will be converted to the Park Inn brand with immediate effect.

Kurt Ritter, President and CEO, Rezidor SAS Hospitality, said, “I am very excited about the continued rapid growth of the Park Inn brand in Germany following the success of Radisson SAS. Park Inn is aiming to become one of Europe’s leading mid-market hotel brands, with 150 hotels in operation and under construction by 2007.”

The following hotels will now be operating as Park Inn hotels:

Park Inn Bochum: 162-room hotel located directly opposite the main railway station in the city centre, with 900 sq m of conference space.

Park Inn Dortmund: City Centre: 125-room city centre hotel with 650 sq m of meeting space.

Park Inn Dusseldorf / Kaarst: 192-room hotel with 1,400 sq m of meeting space situated in the outskirts of Dusseldorf with superior traffic connections.

Park Inn Hanover: 150-room hotel located on the northern fringe of Hanover, approximately 15 minutes from the city centre and fairgrounds and thus from the Radisson SAS Hotel Hanover, with excellent motorway connections. The hotel has 750 sq m of conference space.

Park Inn Kamen / Unna: 94-rooms and 1,000 sq m of meeting space near one of North Rhine-Westphalia’s most important traffic junctions.

Park Inn Cologne - Belfortstrasse: 120-room hotel with 450 sq m of conference space and a new conference centre under construction, in the Rhine quarter just a few minutes from the historic centre.

Park Inn Cologne City: West: 205-room hotel in the city centre on the west bank of the Rhine River, with 600 sq m of conference area.

The Park Inn hotel brand currently operates 49 hotels in eight countries.
