IHG appoints Christopher Lee as Director of Technical Services, Middle East and Africa

InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Christopher Lee as Director of Technical Services, Middle East and Africa.

Beginning his career as an electrical engineer, Lee is a professional Project Manager with over eighteen years of extensive experience gained within the construction and property real estate sectors.

Lees hotel experience stems from the UK from Conrad hotels, the Savoy group and Novotel, while his commercial sector experience has been developed through PricewaterhouseCoopers, Knight Frank, Brindley Place, Trafford Park Estates and KPMG.

Responsible for a wide range of technical services, Lee will act as an important liaison between InterContinental Hotels Group, owners, design and architectural consultants as well as contractors on new developments. His responsibilities will include all aspects of equipment design and specifications, project planning and design, and project budgets.
