Le Royal Hotel Management Company signs up for Optims Revenue Management Solutions

Travel News Asia 30 June 2005

Optims, a leading supplier of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and IT enabling solutions dedicated to the hospitality, tourism and transport industries,  has signed a contract with Le Royal Hotels for the installation of City.Optims, a Revenue Management System (RMS).

Le Royal Hotels is a five-star luxury brand with hotels in Luxembourg, Amman, Beirut, Hammamet and Tangiers.

City.Optims optimises multiple revenue streams and provides detailed analysis of a varied business mix. It will centralize and consolidate critical data to analyse, forecast and optimise, enabling the management to make informed decisions to increase their revenue per available room (RevPAR). City.Optims will be installed as an ASP solution, giving each hotel access to its data, while the head office receives an overall view allowing it to optimise the global chain and supervise all hotels.

Robert Fadel, Chief Operating Officer of Le Royal Hotels said, “During our long evaluation process, we looked for a combination of criteria which we felt were important for the right choice of a revenue management partner. With Optims we found a company with the right combination of good product, flexibility, a capability to deliver, an exciting future and extensive experience in implementing revenue management techniques into the same high standard of hotels as Le Royal.”

The Optims Group now has over 6,500 customers in 70 countries with 20 offices and partners around the world.
