Singapore welcomed 732,359 visitors in March 2005, registering a 16.9% growth over March 2004. This is the highest year-on-year growth this year, far exceeding the 6% growth in Feb 2005 (vs Feb 2004) and 2.3% growth in Jan 2005 (vs Jan 2004).

Indonesia (151,000), UK (53,000), China (52,000), Japan (52,000) and Malaysia (48,000) were Singapores top five visitor-generating markets for the month of March 2005. These markets alone accounted for 49% of total visitor arrivals for the month.
