AIME 2006 names Group Co-ordinators

Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) has named a number of organisations it will work with from within the travel, tourism, convention and incentive industries, in the selection of Hosted Buyers for AIME 2006. Group Coordinators will provide information on the AIME Hosted Buyer Programme and escort their group to AIME.

AIME 2006 will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Australia, on 6 and 7 June.

AIME is one of the largest convention and incentive events in the Southern Hemisphere drawing exhibitors from 50 countries. AIME 2006 is expected to attract 850 exhibitors, a trade audience of more than 2,000 and an additional 480 Hosted Buyers.

Australian Group Co-ordinators include Venue Menu, the Sydney representatives of the Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau, Hilton Hotels (Sydney) and Corporate Travel Management in Queensland.

In New Zealand the InterContinental Hotels Group and Emirates will assist with Hosted Buyer groups.

Pacific World in Asia has worked with Reed Travel Exhibitions to bring Hosted Buyers from Asia to AIME for two years. The company will continue to provide this assistance for AIME 2006. 

In Japan, Event Services Inc., will be working to attract a Japanese group of buyers to the exhibition.

Moulden Marketing (UK) and Euromic (Belgium, France and the Netherlands) will once again be Group Coordinators for AIME Hosted Buyers in Europe.
