bmi to launch Heathrow-Riyadh services from 1 September 2005

bmi is to launch services from Heathrow to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia from 1 September 2005 with a three-times weekly service.

bmi will offer a three-class service on an Airbus A330 aircraft, with flights operating from London on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Nigel Turner, chief executive of bmi, said, "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Britain have close trading relationships, and we are delighted to be able to serve the travelling needs of Britons and Saudis."
