The
Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel in Singapore has appointed a new General
Manager and Director of Sales, Marketing and Distribution.
Kevin Bossino
has been appointed as the new General Manager. Arriving in Asia in 1989, Kevin was part of the pre-opening team at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, after which he joined Century International Hotels managing the (Novotel) Century Hong Kong and other Century Hotels in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. He became associated with Accor in 2002 when the company acquired Century and was most recently General Manager, Headland Hotel in Hong Kong (managed by Accor).
Martin Chan is the new Director of Sales, Marketing and Distribution, reporting to Kevin Bossino. Martin started out as a corporate trainee with Hyatt International, moving on to Director of Sales capacity with Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts (Maldives and Seychelles) and the Mandarin Oriental Group (Jakarta and Surabaya). Prior to his appointment, Martin was Director of Sales and Marketing at
the Batam View Beach Resort.
