The apartments have large windows providing great access to natural light and spectacular views of the Marina. In addition the building provides tenants with a double storied covered car park, of which one space is allocated to each flat.

Marina Diamond Four marks a new stage of progress for this innovative company marking it as a key competitor in the region’s real estate market. Commenting on the thriving demand for Diamond Investment’s first three buildings, Faris Saeed, General Manager for Diamond Investments said, “We were delighted with the exceptional response to the launch of our Marina Diamond series and we hope that we can build on this success with the introduction of our new family member, Marina Diamond Four. Location is key to this success. At Diamond Investments we only develop properties in the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East. With the array of waterfront shops and high quality restaurants, the easy access to a string of shopping malls, luxury beach resorts and golf courses, the Dubai Marina is a prime site for development that is able to offer it all to its customers.”

Marina Diamond Four is expected to open for residents March 30 2007.
