Air Arabia ups frequency to Mumbai

Air Arabia, a low cost Sharjah based airline, has added an additional daily flight to Mumbai from 1st to 16th July.

“The Mumbai route has been one of the most popular for both business and leisure travelers,” commented Harish Kutty, Head of Planning & Revenue Management for Air Arabia. “The summer is a peak travel time, with people travelling between the UAE and India to visit family and friends, and we are pleased to be able to offer them more flight choices at an affordable fare.”

Flights depart Sharjah Airport twice daily for Mumbai at 16:40 and 23:00 arriving at 21.00 and 03:20 local time, and depart Mumbai at 21:45 and 05:10 arriving in Sharjah at 23:05 and 06:30 local time.

Air Arabia currently flies from Sharjah to eighteen destinations: fourteen flights weekly to Alexandria; nine flights a week to Beirut; daily to Bahrain, Colombo, Damascus, Doha, Mumbai and Muscat; six days a week to Kuwait; four days a week to Dammam; three days a week to Khartoum and Aleppo; and two days a week to Assiut, Jeddah, Riyadh, Luxor, Sana’a and Sharm El Sheikh.
