Domina Hotels & Resorts appoints Fabio Gallo as Vice President Director of Marketing, Sales and Brand Image

Domina Hotels & Resorts has appointed Fabio Gallo as Vice President Director of Marketing, Sales and Brand Image. In his new role Gallo will be responsible for Domina Hotels’ global marketing, sales and distribution for its four hotel brands, covering Domina Hotels’ 39 hotels in 14 countries and projected 250 worldwide future openings. 

He will be based in the Milan headquarters and will report directly to Francesco Borrello, chief executive officer of Domina Hotels & Resorts.

His International sales and marketing knowledge and the understanding of the luxury brand marketing, will be hugely instrumental in developing our Group strategy and driving forward the Group’s expansion in new and existing markets” said Francesco Borrello “And his proven brand experience will accelerate our transformation of Domina Hotels’ trademark into four worldwide highly-valued brands”.

Gallo joins Domina Hotels after working for 18 years for International Hotel Groups such as Hilton International, Le Meridien and Forte Hotels.

In the last two years he opened, as General Manager, the Baglioni London and the Park City in Kensington.

Before relocating to the U.K., where he worked as Director of Sales & Marketing at Le Meridien Grosvenor House and Director of Business Development at the London Hilton on Park Lane, he was responsible for the Mediterranean Area at the Regional Sales Office of Forte Hotels.

In the first 10 years of his career he worked in the Travel Trade and was based in London, Venice and Sicily.

Gallo speaks currently four languages, holds a C.H.S.P. of the American Hotel and lodging Association and has a solid track record of quality delivery. He is also a featured speaker on marketing and distribution and has lectured in some of the most important Hotel Schools and Universities in the U.K., Italy and Spain. In 1996 he collaborated with Marco Robledo Camacho, on a book about Loyalty Marketing: “Marketing Relational Hotelero”.
