Great Hotels Organisation strengthens Account Management Team

The Great Hotels Organisation has added two additional members to its account management team.

Tamasine Pritchard, previously Director of Sales for the Victoria Park Plaza, London, has been appointed as Account Director where she will be responsible for overseeing the account management of over 300 members of the Great Hotels Organisation.

Tamasines key roles are consulting hotel members to provide tailor made sales and marketing solutions, maximising productivity through electronic channels and analysing GDS production. Tamasine will manage a team of four dedicated to account management as well as delivery.

Tamasine brings with her a wealth of experience having worked at a broad range of hotels where she has developed and delivered the sales and marketing objectives. Previous experience includes almost four years at the Victoria Park Plaza, London where her responsibilities included managing the sales and meeting and events teams, maximising overall revenue by implementing active and aggressive sales team initiatives and developing plans to increase the volume of business through sales promotion. Other experience includes Sales Manager of Red Carnation Hotels and Regional Sales Executive for Hertz.

Ursula Gray has been appointed as Account Manager. Ursula is skilled in sales and marketing and has particular experience in the field of representing hotel groups. Previous roles include seven years at the Protea Hotels Pty Ltd Cape Town where Ursula joined as Marketing Manager at the Protea Hotel Victoria Junction Cape Town and then was promoted to Brand Manager and then Group Marketing and Special Projects Manager for the whole group.
