InterContinental Le Vendôme in Lebanon receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification

InterContinental Le Vendôme, a luxury boutique hotel in Lebanon has been recertified by ISO 9001:2000 for implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System.

International Organization of Standardization (ISO), a worldwide federation of national standards bodies and a total quality management system, ensures that vital features such as quality, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness are implemented and shared in good management practices.

"InterContinental Le Vendôme has been making strong headway in building loyal guests’ relationships throughout a high quality standard and yet personalized service" said Joseph Coubat, the general manager. "We are the first hotel in Lebanon and among the first in the Middle East to achieve the ISO 9001:2000. Our guests can be confident that our services are standards-compliant and of the highest quality."
