Dean Schreiber joins Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts has appointed Dean Schreiber as its new Corporate Director of Operations.

Schreiber, an Australian hotelier has seventeen years of hospitality management experience spanning over seven countries and three continents. A highly creative and innovative hospitality professional, who challenges himself to push the boundaries of the industry, Schreiber became the youngest General Manager in Hong Kong when he opened the Harbour Plaza North Point and this was followed shortly afterwards by his highly successful management of the opening of the Century Harbour Hotel. He then became the only General Manager in Hong Kong to open three hotels there when he opened his third hotel, Le Meridien Cyberport.

“We are excited to have Schreiber, who is recognised for his revolutionary ideas, on board. Having conceptualised and implemented unique concepts and campaigns worldwide, he will be able to combine out-of-the-box thinking with his relevant experience, and will no doubt be a true asset to Pan Pacific,” said Ichigo Umehara, President of Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts.

“I am excited to get started at the Pan Pacific” says Schreiber. “I have brought with me a unique yet varied background. At Pan Pacific I am looking forward to leveraging on my past experience to bring Pan Pacific to new heights.”

Schreiber has a Degree in Hotel Management from College of Hotel Management in Krems, Austria. He is married with one child and his family is currently residing in Singapore.
