The Oriental, Bangkok launches Thai Resident promotion

Available until 30th September 2005, The Oriental, Bangkok is offering a “One Night at The Oriental” package for Thai residents priced at THB 11,999 on a double occupancy basis.

The package includes the following:

- One night’s accommodation with buffet breakfast in a Superior River Wing Room
- Welcome white wine, chocolates and flowers
- One lunch, food only, at either The China House (Dim Sum Lunch) or Sala Rim Naam (Thai buffet lunch)
- One dinner, food only, at either Lord Jim’s (set menu), Le Normandie (set menu) or Riverside Terrace (BBQ buffet dinner)
- Late checkout at 4pm, subject to availability

An additional night with buffet breakfast is THB 8,200 per night. An extra bed with breakfast is THB 2,900 per night. The rate is subject to availability and to 10% service charge and 7% government tax. The promotion is only available to Thai residents.

Oriental Indulgences

The luxury hotel is also offering Bangkok residents the chance to pamper themselves through a special day spa package “The Oriental Indulgences”. The offer is valid until 30th September 20005 and is available between 9am and 3pm only.

Local residents of Bangkok can indulge in a two-hour spa treatment, followed by a sumptuous lunch in one of the hotel’s most renowned restaurants - either Le Normandie or Lord Jim’s, and then be driven home in style in one of the hotel’s BMW Series7.

The Oriental Indulgences package offers three options:

The Oriental Indulgences – Spa highlights a two-hour spa treatment at The Oriental for Baht 5,000 net per person.

The Oriental Indulgences – Spa & Lunch offers a two-hour spa treatment at The Oriental Spa and lunch at either Le Normandie or Lord Jim’s for Baht 6,000 net per person.

The Oriental Indulgences – Spa & Lunch & One-Way Home Transfer includes a two-hour spa treatment at The Oriental Spa, lunch at either Le Normandie or Lord Jim’s and a drive home in a BMW Series7 for Baht 7,000 net per person.

The two-hour spa treatment offers two choices: Dreamcatcher – an ideal remedy to emerge feeling refreshed and peaceful through a stimulating massage and a relaxing facial – and De-Stress Muscle Release – a perfect combination of a soothing body exfoliation and a deep tissue massage for tired muscles and stressful mind.

Lunch at Le Normandie highlights a classic set lunch menu, while Lord Jim’s offers a seafood-theme buffet. The lunch offers are available from Monday to Saturday only.
