The Hilton Residences Bangalore, which offers one, two and three bedroom units, will be the only five-star serviced apartment hotel in the city of Bangalore and the only
accommodation available within the 55-acre Business Park. The property is surrounded by five million square foot of commercial space and overlooks a golf course.
Mr Koos Klein, President of Hilton Middle East & Asia Pacific,
said, “In all my travels, I have never seen such an impressive Business Park. Already, blue chip tenants like
Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Microsoft and Daimler Chrysler have signed up for office space that will accommodate up to 50,000 employees by December this year. It is

USA, UK and continental Europe.”
