Novotel Benoa Bali adds Pool Villas and Spa

Travel News Asia 16 September 2005

The Novotel Benoa Bali has added eight private pool villas and Le Spa wellness complex to the hotel.

Built with the finest quality local materials, the villa design combines traditional Balinese architectural elements like thatched roofs, Balinese gateways and raised balé pavilions with a contemporary touch. Each exclusive villa offers 210sqm of living area inside the walled garden compound, inclusive of private pool with sun terrace and an outdoor balé pavilion for relaxing. Lush lawns, lotus ponds, waterfalls and indigenous flowers enhance the open-air design and experience.

Each villa offers a refrigerator, espresso machine, large screen TV with home theatre/sound system, air-conditioned bedroom with spacious dressing room and garden bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and outdoor rain shower.

Canopied king-size beds gracefully blend with natural water-hyacinth furniture, Indonesian artefacts and specially commissioned hand-carvings of Balinese dancers that adorn the walls.

There is also a two-bedroom beachfront villa complete with infinity lap pool that melts into the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Two raised balé pavilions command spectacular views of the beach, the white cliffs of Nusa Penida, and Mount Agung – the island’s most sacred volcano.

The Novotel Benoa Bali has also added Le Spa to its product offering, with private treatment suites including two with private sauna. The Spa combines ancient and modern healing therapies using a combination of natural ingredients and essential oils, with an indulgent treatment menu that covers the complete range from massage and body scrubs to facials and flower baths.

To celebrate the hotel’s latest additions, the Novotel Benoa Bali is offering a special rate of US$230 a night in a pool villa, for double occupancy with breakfast and airport until 20 December 2005.
