New Division of Per Aquum Resorts & Spas seeking dynamic General Manager

Per Aquum Resorts & Spas is now seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial candidate to fill the new position of General Manager Residences, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The selected candidate will join the group's energetic team to lead the operations and development of Per Aquum Residences.

This new division is being created to develop and manage residences, firstly in the Seychelles and then other Indian Ocean countries. The successful candidate will lead this division from start up with an aim to develop Per Aquum Residences into a leading operator of luxury residences.

In this role, the General Manager will oversee all facets of the division from marketing to property development to selection of FFE.

The group is looking for someone who has/is: 

- A proven track record in creating commercial success
- Highly committed and results orientated
- Sound negotiation abilities and financial acumen
- Demonstrated skills in innovation in property development and design
- Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building on many levels
- The ability to develop and deliver the product through innovative concepts
- Exemplary project management and co-ordination skills

The Offer

Initially based in the Seychelles, Salary USD Tax Free, Performance bonus up to 50% of salary, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket to Passport Country once a year, Flight ticket to value of US $500 every 4 months (R&R), Accommodation and Living Allowance, US$400 a month phone call allowance, 4 weeks holiday p.a., Minimum 2 years contract.
