The Landmark Mandarin Oriental,
a
new contemporary hotel in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district
which is scheduled to open third quarter 2005 has appointed David Kwok as Director of Sales & Marketing.
David is an award-winning marketer who has worked for leading hotel brands for almost 20 years. Previously with
the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as Group Marketing Services Manager, he has also worked with other prestigious hotel brands such as Conrad International and Shangri-La International Management. He returns to
Mandarin Oriental from Hilton where he was Director of Business Development/Chief Commercial Officer in Dalian, China, and regional marketing co-ordinator for
Greater China.
Born in Hong Kong, he is the son of Kenneth Kwok, OBE JP, and former Secretary for Works, and younger brother of Clement Kwok, CEO of The Peninsula Group.
