The Peninsula Hotels launches New Global Customer Service Centre

The Peninsula Hotels has launched its new "Global Customer Service Centre," a dedicated round-the-clock customer service by highly trained Peninsula staff who will assist guests with reservations, customer service, hotel inquiries and other requests. 

"The Peninsula Hotels is renowned for its exceptional service, and the Global Customer Service Centre is an extension of that," said Peter C. Borer Chief Operating Officer of The Peninsula Hotels. "Guests can be confident that our staff will offer their knowledge, time and personalised service 24 hours a day, seven days a week."  

The GCSC staff is multi-lingual, ready to help guests in English, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin. Each member of the GCSC staff offers excellent product knowledge of the seven Peninsula hotels, as all staff members completed an extensive orientation trip to each hotel in order to provide callers first-hand knowledge of the properties and destinations.
