Spa Indochine at Hotel de la Paix to host Working Artists Retreat

Spa Indochine, a luxury spa in the new five-star Hotel de la Paix in Siem Reap, Cambodia is fast gaining recognition in the industry for its unique therapeutic treatments.

An innovative visiting Master-in-Residence programme at Spa Indochine invites therapeutic experts to instruct or train guests on particular lifestyle enhancing fields, providing guests with the chance to improve or learn new skills with likeminded people.

The professionals expertise includes a range of areas including yoga, photography and art. The spa also provides guests with an opportunity to immerse themselves in a variety of schools of therapy. Specialties include meditation, Tai chi, Eastern healing wisdoms and spiritual teachings, all conducted in a tranquil temple setting.

An original Spa Indochine working artists retreat is to be held from 3-7 October 2005 inclusive, under the instruction of the international artist and author, Gregory Burns. The group will travel to the ancient Angkor Temple Complex where they will be able to take part in two sessions of painting per day. Tuition, transport and entry to the temples will cost US$200 per day and a special rate of US$165 for two nights accommodation with the third night free is available for group members.

An array of holistic treatments are also available at Spa Indochine, including aromatherapy with essential oils, spices and aromas; body wraps, such as Chocolate Dessert Wrap; massages; and facials using the latest Clarins products.
