Bangkok's tallest all-suite hotel,
the Banyan Tree Bangkok, is offering a special Gala Countdown and sumptuous festive menus,
special accommodation promotions for this year's Christmas and New Year's Eve
celebrations.
The Happy Holidays Package comprises a two-night stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, with daily breakfast and festive gifts, with rates starting from US$ 750++ to US$ 970
++ for two persons. This package is valid from 23 to 26 December 2005, and from 30 December 2005 to 1 January 2006 for a minimum two consecutive nights stay. In
addition, the package also includes participation at the Gala Dinner at Vertigo on Christmas' Eve or New Years'
Eve.
The newly refurbished restaurants at Banyan Tree Bangkok are ultimate dining venues to celebrate with friends and family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On 24
December, guests will be able to soak in the celebratory ambiance with a delicious set dinner menu on the 61st floor at Vertigo Grill and Moon Bar, or opt for the Oriental pleasures of
Chinese restaurant Bai Yun. Banyan Tree's signature restaurant, Saffron, presents yet more choice in its Thai-inspired flavours, featuring contemporary
specialty dishes. Or be the first to visit the newly opened Teppanyaki
restaurant. On Christmas day buffet brunch options are available at Rom Sai and Saffron.
The line-up for New Year's Eve is yet more elaborate, as Bai Yun, Saffron and the Teppanyaki restaurant offer
Asian cuisine emphasising the freshness and creativity of Thai ingredients. Dinner guests at Bai Yun need only pay an additional Baht 2,500 (US$61) to join the New Year's Eve countdown at Vertigo Grill and
Moon Bar, with one complimentary glass of Champagne. Dinner guest at Saffron and Teppanyaki restaurant may join the countdown at the
skydeck.
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner
Non-staying guests or guests who opt for other packages can look forward to a New Year's Eve buffet at Rom Sai restaurant, with an international buffet spread at baht
1,750nett (US$43) for adults and baht 875nett (US$22) for children. Complete with a special New Year's gift. On the following day, a New Year's Day lunch and dinner
spread is also available for those who want to soak in the peaceful ambiance of the tropical gardens and waterfalls.
