AirAsia increases flights between Kuala Lumpur and Padang

AirAsia is increasing the frequency of its flights to Padang due to high demand for the route. Effective immediately, the low cost airline will operate 7 flights a week (daily) between Kuala Lumpur and Padang; an increase of 4 flights a week since the launch of Padang in November last year.

AirAsia flight AK 942 departs daily from Kuala Lumpur at 7.50 am and arrives in Padang at 8 am (local time). AirAsia flight AK 943 departs daily from Padang at 8.30 am (local time) and arrives at KL International Airport at 10.35 am (local time).

Padang, is AirAsias 6th Indonesian destination after the low fare airline commenced services to Bandung, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bali and Medan in Indonesia.

AirAsia is also now offering a special promotion for flights to Padang. Low fares start from RM 69.99 one way, valid for travel period from 20th November to 20th December 2005.
