Bavaria Executive Suites, the largest Suite Hotel in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, scheduled to open
in Dubai in early 2006, has selected Serenata BookHotel as its online booking engine.
The 2100-suite hotel is located in the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone,
is close to the Jumeirah Beach area, the Palm and the Mall of the Emirates, and
offers easy access to the airport and downtown Dubai. The construction includes two forty-story towers, which are connected by a climate-controlled
bridge and will offer direct access to Dubai’s new monorail system.

Serenata BookHotel seamlessly
integrates with the Property Management System (PMS) of the hotel and displays real-time room rates and availabilities. Guests of the Bavaria Executive Suites will book
their preferred suite and the corresponding rate directly via the Internet and immediately receive an online confirmation including
a reservation number.
