Ahmed Sultan, sales and marketing manager, Thrifty Car Rental-Kuwait, explained that the growing tourism market in Kuwait was driving rentals up, making it imperative for Thrifty to introduce offers that enabled the market leader to strengthen foothold in the region’s increasingly competitive car rental market.

“Kuwait continues to position itself as an inbound GCC tourist destination for the whole family. There is also a strong emphasis on Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions (MICE) travel and our fabulous promotion is certain to attract the influx of people expected to visit Kuwait as the summer approaches,” he said.

“Mitsubishi is a name synonymous with reliability and efficiency. The rugged looks of the Mitsubishi Pajero coupled with the car’s superior build quality, not to mention its considerable storage space for luggage or holiday packages, makes it a great rental option,” added Sultan.

Thrifty Kuwait maintains an inventory of more than 200 vehicles, as well as two conveniently located outlets in Kuwait International Airport and Down Town, to meet the automotive rental needs of tourists, business travellers, and residents in Kuwait.
