6. IHG Signs First InterContinental Hotel in Venice
IHG has signed its first InterContinental hotel in Venice. The InterContinental Venice - Palazzo Nani will operate under a franchise agreement with Cordifin Group and H.n.h Hotels & Resorts Management. It is scheduled to open at the beginning of 2018.
7. St. Regis Dubai Opens 913 sqm Imperial Suite
The St. Regis Dubai has opened its signature Imperial Suite. Spread across 913 square metres, the suite is the largest of the hotel’s 52 suites and even bigger than the 800 sqm Astor Ballroom. Located over two-floors, the three-bedroom suite features a vast living room, a formal 12-seat dining room, study, lounge area and a spacious majlis.
