Korean Air has started codesharing with China Southern Airlines on the Seoul-Urumqi route. Korean Air’s flights depart from Incheon International Airport on Tuesday and Saturday and China Southern Airlines will operate on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, giving a choice of 5 flights a week on the route.

Effective 26 October 2014, Qatar Airways will increase the frequency of its flights on the very popular Doha – Dubai routes with additional daily flights to Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The extra flights will take the airline’s frequency to 14-flights-per-day to DXB and 4-flights-per-day to DWC.

The order, valued at US$8.8 billion at list prices, is the largest in BOC Aviation's 20-year history and part of the Singapore-based leasing company's effort to grow its portfolio of fuel-efficient airplanes.
