ATR has opened a new pilot training center in Paris. The new center, based near Charles de Gaulle airport in Roissy, is equipped with a brand new Full Flight Simulator (FFS). This simulator, developed and manufactured by Thales, will allow crew members to be trained on the ATR 72-500.

Hainan Airlines has signed a five-year pilot training agreement with Boeing to support Hainan's recent introduction of the 787 Dreamliner to its fleet. Under the agreement, Boeing Flight Services, a unit of Boeing Commercial Aviation Services, will extend the airline's existing contract for flight training at Boeing's Singapore and Shanghai training campuses on three Boeing models

Thai Airways International has signed a pilot training agreement with Boeing. Under the agreement, Boeing Flight Services, a business unit of Boeing Commercial Aviation Services, will provide flight training for THAI’s 787-8 fleet at Boeing’s Singapore campus. The deal will provide the airline with training for nearly 50 crews by the end of the year.
15. Cebu Pacific Launches Cadet Pilot Training Program
Cebu Pacific has launched a Cadet Pilot training program designed to address the airlines expansion requirements over the next five years. The program, to be conducted in partnership with Flight Training Adelaide (FTA), will create 240 professional pilots who will subsequently join the corps of pilots at Cebu Pacific.
