Philippine Airlines will operate its international flights from Mactan Cebu International Airport's brand new Terminal 2 from 22 June 2018. PAL flights departing MCIA T2 will include Cebu to: Bangkok (daily), Beijing (once-a-week), Chengdu (once-a-week), Nagoya (thrice weekly), Osaka (daily), Seoul (Incheon) (daily) and Tokyo Narita (twice daily).

Air New Zealand has announced that it will operate five additional return Airbus A320 services between Dunedin and Auckland per week from 29 October 2018. The new flights add around 70,000 seats annually to the route and increase seat capacity by close to 25%.
