Etihad Airways has unveiled plans to increase its services to Casablanca to provide daily flights from 28 March 2013. The airline, which celebrated its seventh anniversary of operations to the Moroccan capital in June 2012, currently flies five times a week between Casablanca and the Emirate.

AirAsia X is to increase its flight frequency to Tokyo (Haneda), Japan, from its current three flights to six flights weekly effective from 23 March 2012. From 22 June 2012, AirAsia X will operate daily flights from the Low Cost Carrier Terminal in Kuala Lumpur to the Japanese capital. In addition, AirAsia X currently flies four times weekly to Osaka (Kansai).

Japan Airlines is to add its domestic JAL First Class service on a portion of daily flights between Tokyo, Haneda and Okinawa, Naha from 1 August 2012. Reservations and sales begin tomorrow, 1 June 2012. JAL already offers First Class service on routes between Haneda and Sapporo, Fukuoka and Osaka.
