China Airlines Cargo Services has become the first carrier in Taiwan, and one of only 17 in the world, to be certified by the IATA Center of Excellence for Independent Validators in Pharmaceutical Logistics (CEIV Pharma).

Warwick Hotels & Resorts has unveiled a target of having 25 hotels, representing 2,500 rooms, by 2025. The company currently operates 16 hotels in the MENA region spread across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and Lebanon, both in the 4 and 5-star categories.

7. Tino La Spina Appointed CEO of Qantas International
Qantas has confirmed that Tino La Spina, the current Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Qantas International, following the resignation of Alison Webster. Vanessa Hudson, who is currently the group’s Chief Customer Officer, will become the new Chief Financial Officer.
8. FlyArystan, Air Astana’s New Low Cost Airline Takes Off
Air Astana's new low cost airline, FlyArystan, commenced flights on Wednesday. Based at Almaty International Airport, FlyArystan will operate six domestic routes, with journey times from one to three hours, to Taraz; Shymkent; Pavlodar; Uralsk; Nur-Sultan (Astana) and Karaganda.
