101. Air New Zealand to Launch Non-Stop Flights Between Auckland and New York, USA
Air New Zealand has unveiled plans to launch flights between Auckland and Newark Liberty International Airport in New York on 29 October 2020. With a flight time of around 15 hours 40 minutes northbound and 17 hours 40 minutes southbound, the flights will be the first ever non-stop service between New Zealand and New York.

The kick-off times for the World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup 2019, scheduled to take place in July and August, have been confirmed. The competition features Canada, Fiji, Japan, Samoa, Tonga and USA, and will be played across three competition dates on 27 July, 3 August and 9-10 August 2019.
103. Norwegian to End Transatlantic Flights from Ireland
Norwegian has confirmed that it will end transatlantic flights between Ireland and North America from 15 September 2019. The airline says that the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft played a major role in the decision. Norwegian launched transatlantic flights from Dublin, Cork and Shannon to the east coast of the USA in 2017.
104. SAS / PrivatAir Launches Copenhagen - Boston Flights
SAS has launched its ninth direct route to the USA, with a year-round daily service between Copenhagen and Boston. The airline also recently cut the ribbon on a new route from Stockholm to Los Angeles, and will start flying to Miami in September. SAS already operates services between Scandinavia and New York, Washington DC, Chicago and San Francisco.
