70. V Air to Launch Taipei Taoyuan - Okinawa Flights
V Air is to launch flights between Taipei Taoyuan and Okinawa, Japan on 1 July 2016. V Air’s Taipei-Okinawa service will operate three times weekly, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Flight ZV228 will depart Taipei at 12:30 to arrive in Naha Airport at 14:50. The return flight ZV229 will leave Okinawa at 15:50 and arrive in Taipei at 16:15.
71. Xiamen Airlines Orders Ten Boeing 737-800s
Xiamen Airlines has finalized an order with Boeing for ten 737-800s. The order is valued at US$960 million at list prices. Formed in 1984 as China's first joint venture between the Civil Aviation Administration of China and a municipal government, Xiamen Airlines began flying passengers in 1985 with two 737-200s serving three cities.
