QantasLink has started rebranding its fleet of Network Aviation Fokker F100 aircraft in QantasLink livery. Over the coming months, all Network Aviations F100 aircraft will be progressively repainted in QantasLink livery.
15. IAG Orders 31 Airbus Aircraft
International Airlines Group (IAG) has signed a firm order for 31 Airbus aircraft, including eleven wide-body aircraft (eight A350-900s, three A330-200s) and twenty A320neos. The A350s and A330s are slated for Iberias fleet modernisation and to open new long-haul routes, and the A320neos will be allocated to the groups airlines for fleet replacement.
16. Cebu Pacific Carried 11,018 Pax on Manila - Sydney Route in May 2015
In May 2015, Cebu Pacific carried 11,018 passengers on the Manila - Sydney route. The airline began operating four times weekly non-stop flights to Sydney on 9 September 2014, and added a fifth frequency three months later. The airline is the only low-cost carrier operating the route.
