InterContinental Hotels Group has signed its third Hotel Indigo in Berlin, Germany. The new-build hotel will be owned by Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and will operate under a franchise agreement with multiple development agreement (MDA) partner Tristar Hotel Group.

AccorHotels has signed a management agreement with Aria Ziggurat for its first two properties in Tehran, Iran. The new hotels, Novotel Ikia and ibis Ikia, are connected to the main terminal of Imam Khomeini International Airport and are scheduled to open in October 2015.
