77. AirAsia to Increase Bangkok - KL Flights
AirAsia is increasing flights between Don Muang and Kuala Lumpur to 10 times daily. The extra flight, FD 2917, will depart from Don Muang at 12:50, while FD 2918 will depart from Kuala Lumpur at 16:25 starting 16 August 2013. 80. Singapore Airlines Selects Rolls-Royce Engines to Power Boeing 787-10Xs
Singapore Airlines has selected the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engine to power 30 Boeing 787-10Xs for delivery from the 2018/19 financial year. The engine selection follows an agreement with Boeing on 30 May 2013 for the purchase of 30 B787-10Xs, which are intended for use on medium-haul routes. The order is conditional upon Boeing formally launching the B787-10X programme.
