178. VietJet Signs MOU for 50 Airbus A321neo Aircraft
VietJet used this week's Farnborough Airshow to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbus for the purchase of an additional 50 A321neo single aisle aircraft. This latest agreement will see the carrier’s backlog of orders for the A320 Family rise to 129 aircraft, including 123 A321neo and 6 A321ceo.
179. SAS to Resume Copenhagen - Shanghai Flights
SAS has obtained approval from the Chinese authorities to resume flights between Copenhagen and Shanghai. There have been no scheduled direct SAS flights between the two cities since 31 January. SAS will resume the service on 29 September with one flight per week.
