According to data compiled by STR, hotels in the Americas region recorded positive results in the three key performance metrics when reported in U.S. dollars during February 2015. Compared to February 2014, the Americas region reported a 2.8% increase in occupancy to 62.3%, a 3.9% increase in ADR to US$118.66 and a 6.8% increase in RevPAR to US$73.94.
