Mandarin Oriental has signed a management contract that will see it rebrand an existing hotel on Lake Lucerne (known locally as Lake Luzern), Switzerland. The property is currently undergoing an extensive renovation and will re-open as Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern at the end of 2020.

SAS has confirmed that, after a 12-year gap, it will reinstate year-round flights to Bardufoss, effective 1 February 2020. The airline will operate thrice daily flights between Bardufoss and Oslo with Boeing 737 aircraft.
