59. AirAsia to Increase Bangkok - KL Flights
AirAsia is increasing flights between Don Muang and Kuala Lumpur to 10 times daily. The extra flight, FD 2917, will depart from Don Muang at 12:50, while FD 2918 will depart from Kuala Lumpur at 16:25 starting 16 August 2013. 62. Singapore Airlines Selects Rolls-Royce Engines to Power Boeing 787-10Xs
Singapore Airlines has selected the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engine to power 30 Boeing 787-10Xs for delivery from the 2018/19 financial year. The engine selection follows an agreement with Boeing on 30 May 2013 for the purchase of 30 B787-10Xs, which are intended for use on medium-haul routes. The order is conditional upon Boeing formally launching the B787-10X programme.

InterContinental Hotels Group has signed two new Holiday Inn Express hotels, one in Managua, Nicaragua and the other in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Both properties are slated to open in 2014.
