According to data from STR Global, the United Kingdom hotel industry reported positive results for hotel demand year-to-date July 2013, despite ADR decreasing over the same time period. In year-on-year comparisons, UK hotel occupancy during the month grew by 6.4% to 82.3%, ADR decreased 6.2% to £83.40 and RevPAR remained stable at £68.61, with only a 0.1% decrease.
