The register holds common supplier data in a central system that can be accessed by all participating buying organisations, saving time, cost and resources.

Air Niugini is to increase flights from Port Moresby to Manila, Philippines and to both Sydney and Cairns in Australia. Effective 1 November the number of direct flights to Sydney will increase from two to three a week, while from 3 December the Manila flights will increase from four to five per week.

Honeywell has been selected by Turkish Airlines to provide its Fuel Efficiency software to reduce fuel use and associated costs. The software solution, part of Honeywell's GoDirect suite of connected aircraft services, provides the airline with instant analytics and recommendations on an aircraft's current fuel consumption and ways to save fuel.
167. Emirates to Launch Daily Flights Between Dubai and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood
Emirates will launch daily flights between Dubai and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on 15 December 2016. The flights, which serve the South Florida area, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach, will be Emirates’ 11th passenger route in the United States.
168. Lockheed Martin and CoGen to Build Energy from Waste Plant in Wales
Lockheed Martin has signed a teaming agreement with CoGen to develop energy-from-waste projects in the United Kingdom, starting with a new plant in Cardiff, Wales. The Cardiff facility will convert waste into up to 15 megawatts (MW) of energy, enough to power about 15,000 homes and businesses in the local area.
