London Heathrow airport experienced its busiest day ever on 29 July 2018, welcoming almost 262,000 passengers in just 24 hours. Overall, July also reached unprecedented peaks, with over a quarter of a million passengers travelling through the airport on 19 different days in the month. In total, over 7.8 million passengers travelled through Heathrow in July, up 3.7%.
