165. Air China, Boeing and Partners Conduct Biofuel Flight
Air China, Boeing, and Chinese and U.S. aviation energy partners have conducted China’s first sustainable biofuel flight. The two-hour mainland flight which took off from Beijing Capital International Airport late last week was witnessed by officials from both countries and highlights the viability of using sustainable aviation biofuel sourced in China.
166. Bahamasair Takes Delivery of First ATR 72-600
Bahamasair, the national flag carrier of the Bahamas, has taken delivery of its first ATR 72-600. The airline and ATR inked a deal for two ATR 72-600s and three ATR 42-600s at the last Paris Air Show. With the arrival of this new aircraft, Bahamasair becomes a new operator of ATR.
