113. U.S. Bans All Samsung Galaxy Note7 Phones from Aircraft
Individuals who own or possess a Samsung Galaxy Note7 device cannot transport the device on their person, in carry-on baggage, or in checked baggage on flights to, from, or within the United States. This prohibition includes all Samsung Galaxy Note7 devices. The phones also cannot be shipped as air cargo. The ban will be effective on Saturday, 15 October 2016, at noon ET.

Air Canada has announced that as result of new regulations in Canada and the U.S., it will not permit Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices aboard its aircraft, effective immediately. Travellers are not permitted to board Air Canada or Air Canada Express aircraft with this device or in their checked luggage.
